  • After the call, your CEM will begin with organizing and filtering your inbox.
  • Your CEM will begin to work with you day in and day out to manage your inbox, calendar, and CRM.
  • As they get to know your business, preferences, and needs they will be documented in an SOP specific to your business.
  • After 60-90 days with your CEM you will feel confident with your business in their hands.
  • We will make suggestions for optimizing your client experience and partner with you to run an efficient and successful business.
