In case you needed the reminder, this season is not about how to take more bubble baths to further your self care. We are digging into the important topics and Allison Tallman brings it. She’s helping to make nutrition simple and doable no matter how busy you find yourself. Listen in to hear her tips, tricks, advice, and more.
Allison realized she wanted to go into nutrition while she was in pre med in college. One of her absolute favorite classes was her nutrition class because it covered so much more than how to create a balanced plate. They went into the psychology behind food, why dieting as done in our culture today is bad, and so much more.
Fast-forward to five years ago and she knew she wanted to help more people on a larger scale. She started her business and began changing the lives of her clients and her audience. She truly believes that nutrition should be simple and doable for anyone.
Because you cannot power through your career, your business, and raising your babies if you aren’t taking care of the building blocks that make you, you.
We go into everything from why dieting and intermittent fasting are not the best solutions for busy, on-the-go females, why having a strong snack game can help you lose weight, and why balance not shame, blame, and guilt, is key.
If you’ve ever struggled with eating healthy or been battling it out with your scale, this is the episode you have to hear. Food is fuel. That is all. Listen in to learn more.
