I am so excited about this season. We’re doing things a little bit differently for the next few episodes, but I think it’s so important for us to consider as we come out of the holidays and start looking at this new year.
Season 5 is all about health and wellness.
I’m not going to be over here sharing with you my fluffy self-care practices, though they may make an appearance, I’m talking about real health and wellness. I’m going to have guests join me to talk about healthy eating, moving your body, taking care of your mental health, and helping you to figure out what the best version of YOU looks and feels like.
Because for me, health and wellness is not a number on a scale or a pair of jeans. It’s mental fortitude, a strong body that supports me in life, and practices that help balance my life and business.
