If your answer is negative, then it’s time to dig in. Systems issues? Assign time in January to learn them. Time management? You need to work on creating a better calendaring system.
What went wrong this year is key for what you should focus on fixing for next year.
Next, review the positive words that came up for you. Those are usually the things that went well or that you’re happy with. Find ways to do more of those things in 2022. You may need to consider hiring in 2022 or upleveling your skills.
